In-person – Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site | Tuesday, June 25, 2024 | 10 am – 2 pm

Did you know research indicates that only 20% of teams and individuals reach their full potential? This workshop introduces concepts on how we each self-sabotage and offers strategies to dismantle these “Saboteurs” for reduced stress and greater success.

Mental Fitness, developed as part of Positive Intelligence©, is the capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset. Studies have shown that Mental Fitness positively impacts peak performance, peace of mind/wellness, and healthy relationships.

This workshop will emphasize the importance of Mental Fitness and help participants understand how we undermine our long-term goals. Participants will take a Saboteur Assessment prior to the program. After learning about Mental Fitness, they will break into groups based on the nine types of Saboteurs and explore how each specific Saboteur deceives us and hinders our success.

While participation in this workshop is free, we do ask for a $25 deposit, which will be refunded upon attendance or if cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice. Please note that this workshop is limited to 35 participants.
