In Person: The Parkside Lodge – 84 Parkside Ave, Buffalo, NY | Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 | 10 – 11:30 am
In this in-person workshop, Collin will be going in-depth into developing and maintaining an equitable workplace culture. With the “attack” on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), many organizations are struggling with how to incorporate equitable business practices without being seen as “violating “executive orders. Collin will discuss topics such as developing a healthy workplace culture, incorporating equity into all functions of an organization, identifying toxic personalities, and embedding self-care into an organization all of which contribute to successful employee retention.
While participation in this workshop is free, we do ask for a $10 deposit, which will be refunded upon attendance or if cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice. Please note that this workshop is limited to 20 participants.
This workshop is presented in partnership with the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy.
