Jennifer Bonnett, President and CEO of the Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute, will walk you through the Nonprofit Lifecycles framework including defining capacity and learning about the seven Lifecycle stages. With this working knowledge, you will recognize the importance of capacity building to strengthen and sustain the effectiveness of your organizations and discover which areas your nonprofit should focus on for growth.
This presentation is free to attend and is fully virtual. Participants are able to leave their cameras on or off and participate in whatever way they feel comfortable.
