The Creative Impact Fund serves as a catalyst to enhance state arts funding in the Western New York region. In 2024, individuals seeking assistance have access to three distinct grants. Whereas, non-profit organizations can also benefit from this initiative by applying for the Arts Programming grant.

  • Arts Programming Grants are designed to promote exceptional arts and culture initiatives. These grants prioritize projects that are community-focused, equitable, and accessible. They have a broad scope, making them suitable for any form of artistic or cultural expression. (For individuals and non-profit organizations)
  • Training Access Grants offer a small stipend to individuals looking to participate in training or certification programs, conferences, fellowships, apprenticeships, or any other skills-enhancing activities. (For individuals)
  • New Work Grants aid creatives in the conception of new artistic projects that engage with the community. The primary objective is to foster the creation of new work across all art disciplines, while promoting interactions between artists and the community, underscoring the significance of creatives as a community resource. (For individuals)

The application deadline is May 1, 2024. We understand that the process can be daunting, but remember, ASI is ready to guide you every step of the way. To assist you better, we’re hosting a series of workshops and information sessions throughout the month of April. These sessions will provide valuable insights and tips on how to navigate the grant process successfully.
