Applications for new and renewed Arts Access passes are now open for our 2020-21 season. You can register online or call 716-833-3004 x514 to have an application mailed to your home.

ASI and our more than 50 partner organizations are committed to making the arts accessible to the entire community. We understand that there are many barriers to accessing arts and cultural experiences, including financial limitations. That’s why we created the Arts Access program in 2013.

The Arts Access pass is available to anyone in Western New York who receives income-based public assistance (e.g., SNAP, HEAP, WIC, Medicaid, TANF, or others). The pass provides two free or reduced admission and tickets (one for the pass-holder and one for a guest) to more than 50 arts and cultural organizations across the region. Tickets can be reserved by contacting the partner organization prior to your visit.

During this challenging time, we are working closely with our partner organizations to continue providing accessible programming at some level even though many organizations remain closed or are open at a limited capacity. We have a list of available virtual and in-person events on our website, which will be updated as arts and cultural organizations begin reopening. You can also join our Arts Access Facebook group to receive up-to-date information on virtual and in-person events happening throughout the region.

Please note: Some organizations do not feel that they can safely continue their art at this time and may not reopen until 2021. We will notify all pass-holders of programming as it becomes available throughout the year.
